That’s me smiling. And do you know why I’m able to smile? Because I go to therapy to unload and forget and get rid of every thing hateful and downgrading in my life. I go to escape. I go to escape thoughts of killing myself. Cutting. 

And now I can’t do that. And it’s piling up on me and I’m scared of hitting the breaking point. 

Why am I making this post? Because until I pay for my previous sessions I can not attend therapy.
